Tim created the podcast 3 years ago for one reason: his own long-term sobriety, which eluded him for a lifetime. Tim's coming up on 3 years clean. A broken neck from a car accident left him with physical struggles that fanned the flames of addiction. He's an advocate of Mental Health awareness and kind, dual-diagnosis recovery. Through trial and error, he's traversed the do's and don'ts on the road to recovery. He knows how not to handle a family member struggling with addiction.

Brad is the newest addition to the Talkin' Trash family. Brad's a family man and hails from Canada as well and is over 3 years sober. After a lifetime of partying, he finally had enough and walked into his last stint in rehab 3 years ago. After a guest appearance, the team proposed an offer for him to join and he's been lights out ever since. Well spoken, high energy and full of knowledge, his addition to the team was felt immediately as he takes his recovery & his role as a host, deadly serious.

Larry Foster 🇨🇦

Larry is a longtime recovery advocate whose journey began on January 25, 1985. Born, raised, and retired in Biggar, Saskatchewan, he spent more than three decades working for CN Rail as a Trainman, Conductor, and Locomotive Operator, following in the footsteps of two generations before him. Throughout his career, he became actively involved in supporting recovery initiatives in the workplace and helping others navigate their own challenges. After retirement, Larry found renewed purpose working as a facilitator with Prairie Sky Recovery, where he embraced a more holistic approach to recovery that incorporates the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of healing. For more than 14 years, he has dedicated himself to personal growth and helping others better understand addiction, recovery, and the underlying reasons behind destructive behaviors. We are humbled by his decision to become  a part of something he helped build.
